The power of God is not a thing of the past, but it is available and relevant for people today. There is a wealth of biblical evidence that showcases the manifestation of healing ministry and miraculous spiritual gifts as a tangible demonstration of the redeeming power of the cross. This power accompanied the preaching of the gospel in the ministry of Jesus and continued throughout the book of Acts. For example, Jesus healed the sick, cast out demons, and even raised the dead. His disciples followed in his footsteps, speaking in tongues, prophesying, and performing wonders and signs. The book of Acts records many miracles done through the apostles like Peter and Paul.
The potential for releasing the supernatural is found in and through the cross. It is the source from which all blessings flow, including miracles, healings, and the power of the kingdom. Jesus' death and resurrection unleashed resurrection power - the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead now lives in believers. This resurrection power is what enabled the early church to walk in such supernatural authority.
As a school, we are earnestly seeking for all of God's resources and power to be released to us in this current time for the glory of the Lord. We desire to embrace and walk in the supernatural power of God that is available to us today through the finished work of the cross. Just as the early Christians experienced a supernatural outpouring of the Spirit, we too can live and minister in the reality of the kingdom of God breaking into the world around us.
Let us press in for a fresh wave of miracles that will bring great glory to God!
