Accessing the Untapped Dimensions of the Holy Spirit
We live in a day of crisis and yet opportunity. Shifting paradigms are all around us, and they press into our world, they force us to do things differently and to see beyond what others and we have already seen. Even as I write this introduction, there is a deep stirring in my inner man as I sense the Holy Spirit’s unction that every believer should walk, live, and operate out of the fullness of His precious presence, power, and purpose for our live.
The Holy Spirit’s desire is that we live every day in the fullness of the Lord, by seeing above and beyond what we can do, and that Jesus would receive glory and honor through His great power that works in us and through us. This is the essence of what Paul writes about in Eph 3:20, 21: Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
Dear friends, I encourage you to believe that the Lord will release to you a revelation of the unlimited realm of the great ministry and fullness of the Holy Spirit in and through your life. Ask the Holy Spirit to open your spiritual eyes and ears to see the invisible and to hear what He is saying to the church in this season of history. Ask Him to open up the depths of the Word to His people and to reveal the secret things of the kingdom so that we can walk in greater dimension of victory and thus be able to shift the course of history toward the fulfillment of God’s ultimate purpose.
There are times during the course of human history where the Lord has revealed the secrets of the kingdom to His church. These heavenly revelations released something specific that He had ordained for His people. Each time this occurred, something incredible happened. Martin Luther, the Jesus movement of the 60’s, Azusa street, the Welsh revival, all were specific moves of God. These revelations by the Holy Spirit were poured out for that time and for that season. They had a great impact on the Church. I believe that the revelation of the function and flow of the seven-fold Holy Spirit in the believer’s life is a revelation for today. It has the potential to release the Body of Christ into a greater depth of a Spirit-filled, Spirit-led life.
Praise the mighty name of Jesus who pours out the promise of the Holy Spirit to us (Acts 2:33)! Praise the mighty name of Jesus who said, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.” (John 20:21) The Father sent Jesus with an unlimited anointing of the Holy Spirit. (John 3:34). That same promise is for us. The Lord is revealing by His Spirit, a greater understanding of the seven Spirits of God that releases us into the seven-fold function of the Holy Spirit.
This spiritual dynamic that flows into us daily is the witness of the reality of the Holy Spirit’s power to the masses of humanity. The unlimited anointing that the Lord is pouring out will reveal an even greater understanding of the ministry of the Holy Spirit. This will plunge the Church into the river, which is widening the banks of spiritual realities and creating a tremendous overflow that will extend into the marketplaces of the world.
My prayer is that the most precious Holy Spirit would breathe upon his Word and cause it to become food for your hungry soul and that you will be motivated in such a powerful way that it will lead you to a place of communion with the Father which in turn, will usher His fullness in and through your life. Lord, let it be so, and let it be according to what You have made available to every believer at the Cross.
